Ball Acura Alternative Transportation Policy

Dear Valued Client,

Ball Acura understands the importance and time involved in servicing and maintaining your Acura. We have alternative transportation options including a shuttle service. Recently a number of customers have asked questions about different transportation options, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify and state alternative transportation options and policies.

Customers must call and schedule a service appointment for a loaner or rental vehicle due to a small number of cars available. (Please note, all efforts will be made to accommodate customers in an emergency situation if possible)
To obtain a loaner vehicle, the work performed must be a factory (Acura) warranty repair, or you can rent a vehicle for $50.00 a day, or you can be provided a shuttle ride within 10 miles of the dealership.
All loaner or rental car customers must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license with a current proof of insurance card that matches the vehicle they are dropping off for service.
Every attempt is made to keep our loaner or rental car appointments, however this is dependent on other customers returning the cars on a timely basis.
